Covid-19 Uncertainty |
NOTE 15—Covid-19 Uncertainty The Company is closely monitoring the impact of the COVID-19 global outbreak and its resulting impact on our manufacturing operations and supply chain, with its top priority being the health and safety of its employees, customers, partners, and communities. The Company believes its sales partners have sufficient inventory to continue meeting customer needs in the near term. However, demand for our solutions may be reduced as a result of the COVID-19 outbreak and resulting market uncertainty. It also remains possible that our results could be negatively impacted by interruptions in the global supply chain due to the continued and unpredictable spread of this pandemic. The magnitude of any future impact of the COVID-19 outbreak is unknown. The Company is working closely with our partners and suppliers to manage through this situation.
