NOTE 11 —Related Party Transactions Revenue transactions with a certain investor—During the three months ended March 31, 2018, the Company recognized revenue of $797 with an investor and holder of the August 2016 Series B warrants which were amended to common stock warrants in conjunction with the November 2018 preferred stock conversion event. The Company did not recognize any revenue with this investor during the three months ended March 31, 2019. Management Services Agreement—In October 2017, the Company entered into a management services agreement with B. Riley Principal Investments, an investor, pursuant to which B. Riley Investments agreed to provide advisory and consulting services to the Company. The Company incurred approximately $50 in related consulting fees in each of the three months ended March 31, 2019 and 2018. The closing of the Company’s IPO (see Note 14), the management services agreement was terminated in accordance with its terms. |
