NOTE 14 —Subsequent Events
At the beginning of 2021, we outsourced substantially all of our software development to a third-party and transferred 105 employees to support the work to be performed. Additionally, in the beginning of 2021, we outsourced our manufacturing work to a supply chain partner and expect to ultimately transfer or eliminate 22 employees as part of this solution.
