NOTE 14 —Restructuring Costs Since November 2019, we have reduced our global headcount from approximately 700 employees at year-end 2018 to approximately 500 employees and contractors as of December 31, 2019. We executed an additional reduction in force of approximately 10% of our U.S. employees in February 2020, as well as in certain of our non-U.S. locations. We have also relocated our headquarters from San Mateo, California to Austin, Texas, a lower cost location. The table below sets forth the activity in the restructuring costs, which is included in accrued expenses on the condensed consolidated balance sheet, for the three months ended March 31, 2020:
Total restructuring costs of $1.2 million were broken out between operating expenses of $1.1 and cost of revenues of $0.01 million for the three months ended March 31, 2020. |
