On August 14, 2023, after filing its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023 (the “Second Quarter 10-Q”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission, Sonim Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2023 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
The Press Release does not contain any information about the Company’s results of operations or financial condition other than the disclosure that is made in the Second Quarter 10-Q. This Current Report on Form 8-K is furnished voluntarily.
