Regulation FD Disclosure.

On March 13, 2023, Sonim Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release regarding the Company’s receipt of notice from the Securities and Exchange Commission (the “SEC”) that the SEC has concluded its investigation of the Company and does not intend to pursue enforcement action against the Company.
