Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 17, 2020, Sonim Technologies, Inc. (the “Company”) and Mr. Charles Becher agreed that Mr. Becher would no longer serve as the Company’s Chief Sales and Marketing Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Becher served in that role since December 2016. Mr. Becher will be paid the separation benefits he is entitled to in accordance with, and subject to the conditions set forth in, his existing agreement with the Company, the terms of which have been previously publicly disclosed.
